Subsequent lines like the Headmasters and Powermasters, meanwhile, had it that a smaller robot would pilot the vehicle or battle station form of the bigger robot.
And let’s not forget the “Human Alliance” line, which was all about… Transformers that came with figures who could drive or ride them.
