    You cannot clone clothing so unless Monty had identical clothing for emergency one of them would be nude. That being said I am very glad for this goof.

    Old SF story where a guy gets a cloning kit from the future by accident. He clones himself to take the load off his life. The clone is better than he is. The delivery company comes back to correct their mistake. They are convinced that the clone is the original and “disassemble” the original for return.
