Adam seems to be driving a car with the steering wheel in the “right” side!

Ah, the key phrase ‘and functioning.’ For most people I know, whether it is the end of the shift or the beginning, the hour around 6:00 is sort of a zombie zone. Auto pilot from 5 to 7.

Gee, according to Adam I’m a strange animal. I’m usually already at work at 6:AM.

Birds, Fisher cats, turkeys, deer, rabbits, turtles, frogs, chipmunks, voles, house cats, mosquitoes, flies, dragon flies, bees, wasps, … Evidently the world, except for Adam and my 19 year old son. ;-)

Adam needs to be finding his sleep! The key to functioning early in the morning is to go to bed earlier in the evening.

I’m awake by 5 A.M., and I’ve been disabled for 18 years…

Hmm, here it is, just past 6:00 am Pacific time. I’ve completed my 1 hour commute in to work and am sitting down at my desk with the first coffee of the day.

I have a happy place, and at 6 am it is my bed. I love retirement

DTWFNC is “awake” and functioning at that hour, Adam, but it does occasionally phase in and out…

You should have said "I have an appointment with a Beautyrest at that time. Can we make 10?

As I went to college, like Plankton, I was up around 6:00 to get ready! >shiver< How did I do that?!?

I worked with the European and east coast offices—6AM for me was business hours for them. I had my weekly one on one with a web developer at 5AM local. I loved working those hours!

My father used to like to say that before the sun was up, there was no oxygen in the air. It was all NITrogen.

I believe there should be a better way to start each day… instead of waking up every morning.
