If Mr Negato REALLY wanted to drive Cap ‘round the bend, toss him a bag of child-proof capped medicines and tell him “I cant open these caps…can you?”

If you recall> 2/15/07: Bixby TRIED to get him to call himself ‘Dr Negato’, but he refused, as he needed a PhD to call himself that. Bixby pointed out that as a villain, he is SUPPOSED to defy convention and break the law every day. Negato thought it wouldnt look good if he wanted to apply to college someday….
