I kinda like that you didn’t come right out and identify him as Charlie Sheen. Somewhere, some little kid is going “hey, that’s my dad!”

Charlie Sheen is many things, but he is NOT related to the Bishop (thank goodness)…small wonder his brother kept his name (Emilio Estevez)

@CaptainEdd: They’re not related, but Martin Sheen (né Ramon Estevez) chose his screen name to honor Bishop Fulton Sheen. The fact that he shows so much respect for a Catholic clergyman (and not a very liberal one at that), coupled with his being married for 50 years this year, really makes him stand out from the Hollywood stereotype.

I stopped watching his show when he was first arrested. He thinks he didn’t do anything wrong and that makes his actions that much more reprehensible. He thinks he can get away with what he did because he’s famous. Sorry doesn’t wash with me.

Let’s all just pass on Charlie and move on to bigger and better things.

@Ladyfingers, I meant that Martin (and Charlie) aren’t related to Bishop Sheen, not that they’re not related to each other.

@Night-Gaunt, I’ll bet Bishop Sheen isn’t insulted at all. He probably has a much more thorough understanding of what makes Charlie behave like this tan we do.
