On a sad note, Mad Magazine is creasing publication. It was up to $6.99 an issue. And it took advertising. Maybe it died years ago and they’ve just destroyed the zombie.
On the RU Sirius, the pigeon will walk around and throw the paper into peoples offices, onto their desks, etc., and leave a message that it has been delivered. (Maybe that’s tomorrow’s strip).
My parents did not approve of Mad. As a result, I never missed an issue. (I can still recall poems from Mad 50 years ago, but I can’t remember what i had for dinner)
