    He will do a search and replace when he is done recreating Fyodor Dostoevsky’s “Crime and Punishment”. Cutting out the names makes the book 1/3 shorter.

    - Go on-line and get first and last names with percentages from the census.

    - Use random numbers to select first and last names based on the percentage
