AH! Electroshock therapy. In spite of the bad rap it got in One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, it was used successfully for many years. In it’s later endeavors, the patient is administered with a muscle relaxant, and so did/does not suffer the trauma shown in various movies. Even the Mayo Clinic uses it for severe depression.One of my favorite trivia.
