I like “base pi.” It has some rounding error problems, though. It’s filling a niche.

Incidentally if you want a general term for the decimal point, good for whatever base you use, you can try saying ``radix point’, but nobody will know what you’re talking about.
Writing the exact value of pi in base 10 is easy — you just write ‘π’. That’s the value, exactly. See? Easy as pie…
