When I worked in advertising and production, this is the kind of thing that constitutes what is called “Fair Use”. It’s easy to cross the line, but legal had to look at everything we produced to make sure we could not get sued.
“Die Hard” has recently been added to our holiday must-watch list along with “A Christmas Story” and “It’s a Wonderful life”. It’s a Christmas miracle!
