The roof of my mouth is still sore after all these years from eating his cereal as a kid.

But didn’t take his own advice. He’s hardly shredded.

No crunches for Bleeb, though…

He’s like Ziggy, no britches!

Aye, Cap’n!

First he shreds your abs, then he shreds your mouth. Nexts, he puts on masks and blades to hunt a pack of fighter reptiles in New York sewers…

They Quake® in fear at the mention of his name.

Ironically, he went from shaping up abs to frosting them over with lard. I liked to mix Capt Crunch with Crunch berries and Rice Crispies.

If you eat much of that sugar bomb stuff, you’ll need to do that many crunches to work off the fat.

Bleeb’s being the point man.

Hi Everyone!!!!!!! Hi Little Alien Dude! Um, Bleeb? That is not a hairy lady you are assisting. Go help the lady in the middle with the really big feet that wiggle too much! She looks like fun! :)

Looks like he could use some ab crunching himself!

Oh, a cereal killer.

I skipped the crunches by going straight for “Ooops – All Berries”
