On the other hand, bland squeeze bottle mustard just doesn’t cut it. There are decent pre-made varieties in jars, or you can make your own from powders and/or seeds.
Actually it is a health food. Ketchup is low-calorie and is made of/from tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices. 15 calories per tablespoon and high in vitamins A and C. The same nutritional level as a couple of slices of tomato, school kids who tossed the tomato would put ketchup on almost anything.
