They get weird typos all the time. I knew a woman who petitioned the city council to start an historical plaque program for the older houses in the community. She wanted one for her own house. It didn’t get anywhere, probably because she had misspelled “plaque” as “plague” throughout the petition. She wished a plague on all their (older) houses. :)
