Challenge someone that you can find a song that will include any forename, they care to mention. Then sing them #Happy Birthday#… without paying royalties…
Actually the happy birthday song is older than that movie company. A reasearcher found some info in a magazine article that may change the copyright ruling putting it in the public use.
according to wikipedia, women were traditionally tasked with making bread and beer, thus the association with the cow’s uterus (wikipedia seemed to think this made sense…). it has nothing to do whatsoever with what guys were thinking about after drinking too much beer…
Per Wiki…“Happy Birthday” song officially recognized in public domain. LOS ANGELES — A judge has approved a settlement that will put “Happy Birthday to You” in the public domain. … It ends the ownership claims of Warner/Chappell Music, the music publishing company that has been collecting royalties on the song for years. Beer in Ancient Egypt wasn’t the smooth recreational drink we know today. Beer of the time was dark, chunky, and was the main source of nutrition for the average person.
Our German friends may differ from the Egyptian ancient people.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZObXQe1lqI – In heaven, there is no beer. That’s why we drink it here (Right Here!)and when we’re gone from here, our friends will be drinking all the beer!
Im Himmel gibt’s kein Bier,Drum trinken wir es hier.Denn sind wir nicht mehr hier,Dann trinken die andern unser Bier.
