I have a tiny mouth so it is always a problem. I only use women dentists because their hands are smaller.

I know it’s only a comic strip, but what dentist wears a white shirt and tie? Don’t they all wear scrubs, gloves a mask, and protective eyewear (no, regular glasses don’t count)? I think it’s mandated everywhere in the US anymore.
Having a doctor with small fingers is important if you are a guy.
And… Change dentists, no doubt!
And by the way, them wisdom teeth gotta come out, they ain’t doing you any good.
Sounds like the Doc filled the chasm between Ralph’s ears as well.
