Todd is easily amused. It doesn’t take much.
Just about all television, movie personalities represent cartoon characters in my view. Also all shoppers at Walmart. Even the image in my mirror. Not stereotyping but more like “cartoonotyping”.
Todd looks creepy when he smiles. Like he knows something no one else knows.
