It would seem that Bud will soon be napping with the fishes.

Sweet dreams, Bud!

He must have been sleeping deeply. It’s always scrape, scrape, scrape when I mix cement. Not one of those things that you can do quietly.

She should have watched the Godfather movies more closely. You get a 5-gallon bucket, stick the feet in, and then you pour in the fast-setting concrete. All this works best if you lure Bud to the boat dock so you don’t have to do too much heavy lifting. The baseball bat or the sleeping drugs in the coffee are a good option.

Well, Bud, at least she rolled your pant legs to be above the level of the concrete. You had better start wriggling your toes fast and hope that mud has not yet set.

Bud must have been napping rather deeply AND snoring rather heavily.

You might start worrying when Barbara suggests a drive down to the docks.

She’s captivating.

He’s always been a heavy burden to her…..

He laughed at her when she signed up for the home masonry class on line.

If he manages to get out of this, the first thing he’ll do is move the cask of Amontillado up from the basement.

Bud’s feet feel very heavy with sleep.
