With Howard asleep in front of the TV again, Edna thinks that a tornado might just be the thing to liven up their marriage.

No news now, so they’ll talk about the tornado that swept through there in ought-six. Now that one was a thumper, let me tell you!

You have to feel for those folks in OK. Or KS or NE or MO or ….

And what is it with trailer parks? Do they all have bull’s-eyes painted on top of the trailers?

When’s the last time anyone’s seen doors on a TV?

News like that would put me to sleep as well.

He’s just trying to make the weather report more exciting! Maybe too late for Howard and Edna.

We had an earthquake this morning. NC rarely gets earthquakes. I didn’t feel it because I was in bed, but Crazy Cat Cousin had things topple off shelves, etc.

Tornadoes in my part of the South are more dangerous than in the Midwest because you can’t see them coming, and they bounce like balls. Most are also usually attached to a hurricane or tropical storm which makes them ever so much more fun.

The corn is as high as an elephant’s eye.
