Whack him with that spoon, Mabel.
“Aha! I knew it! They don’t clean the table!”
Why not?
I agree with Marg! A little tap on the nose should do it!
Funny!!!!
Darrin, what could you be looking for under there? I mean, you are not under Mrs. Higglepooders petticoats. I agree with Marg, a rap on the nose is in order.
Who’s playing?

Buenas dias, Cleomigos!
Still in Spanish mode, cos today we have a different, not to be forgotten, Perro!….
in a beautiful NEW poster from StelBel…
as the Feb 25th, 2021 “Cleo and Company” …on Sherpa.
Wow… I didn’t expect one, in the middle of her helping Cleo move out of Sherpa, and into the new site!
Packing all of Cleo’s kibble stash is plenty of work… imagine having to move her armory…
Bazookas, RPGs.. piles of missiles, small arms, and ammo….
not to mention the rolling stock.
Hmmm… does WordPress know about the aircraft, tanks and caissons?
But I digress.
We’re talking about Perro, … and a swashbuckling version it is.
Tybone Howler’s swash is firmly buckled… and he’s handsome, to boot.
My mother once called him the handsomest dog in Howlywood.
and elegant, whether foppishly so, as Don Doggo, or sleekly clad in black, and suavely cool, in the title role.
A different sort of Perro from Guy Willyboy, the television lead actor…. who played the role with a touch of disarming humor…
Tybone Howler was serious, with more of a dangerous air.
Basil Meatbone, the villainous sheriff… he was also tall and elegant… but seldom a romantic lead.
With his long nose, high cheekbones, and Shakespearean elocution, he was Howlywood’s idea of the villain….
Until he played Sherlock Bones… a perfect match for his serious, lofty intelligence.
Then there’s Linda Arfnell… a mere puppy when her stage mother pushed her into acting.. far too young for her role in his film.
Cast for her beauty, remembered as sweet and innocent, at first, she, sadly, had a rather short, hard life in Howlywood.
Good morning Balladeers, ((((Plods))))) and Miss Susan!
Good morning, Ballardeers! Q Date: 349.98752.77 National Clam Chowder Day (yes, I know there are others, but this is the only important one.)
Margueritem and peamail43 had it right smack Darin on the nose with that spoon. Or… she can wiggle her own nose and turn Darin into a frog.
Another Stel-lar poster of Perro Eugene Pawlette was great as the Pawdre.
Y’all grab some New England Style clam chowder (Manhattan style is just watered down clam marinara) and keep warm. (((((HUGS)))))
OMG! What a terrific poster today, Stel. You have captured the essence of our two handsome heroes! What fun!
You did it, Stel!! And it looks great. Really captures the esssence.
Looks like the mayor is about to get whacked. Only three more days to go till delete hits this site.
Sadly, perhaps for the last time, Kudos again, StelBel!!!
