Marcus, Marcus, Marcus. Most of Ballard Street is tired of hearing about your perfect attendance award with gold stars from Mrs. Gluckmann’s kindergarten class in 1962.

Pretty sure that the Ballard St bylaws have a size stipulation on self congratulatory signs and this one definitely needs a permit.
