At least his shorts are on the right place. BTW I didn’t know Dennis’s Men’s Fine Apparel and Bait N tackle carried size 23X. That is a lot of polka dots.

If that is his silhouette in the mirror, it explains a lot.

We discretely sell men’s undergarments and sleepwear in fabrics usually reserved for ladies’ outerwear. Trade secret.

If Charles really wants to be an underground rebel, he should wear his shorts backwards.
