On the other side, it reads “Carpe Diem” (seize the day).

Best he hurry, the beach is packed at this time of the year.

He has planted hundreds, but as yet, none have borne fruit.

This leaves me to wonder if he has a new flag each day, or if he picks it up on his way home every day so he can plant it again, somewhere else, tomorrow.

Roger has such an optimistic outlook. Others find him annoying.

Roger’s last name is Ramjet.

I can’t think of a day in the last several years that I would want my name associated with.
