Something I worry about every morning when I pour coffee in my mugā¦ how full today for the optimum happy. Tāis a fine line between happy and too many bathroom trips.
I had an in-law like that. She started every day doubting every major life decision she had made. It was exhausting to watch; must have been hell to live.
