Yes, Wilma’s a bird brain and Bert is a chow hound.

Hey, the furries / featheries gotta stick together.

I am glad they can put their instincts aside for a quiet evening.

They live for the chase.

They have one thing in common with avian wildlife…they both are loons.

And reality slowly slips away in the Sibley home

Different minds? Oh, I see: One prefers reading the newspaper and the other prefers reading books.

As long as Mr. Sibley, at the end of the workday, always allows Mrs. Sibley a peaceful perusal of the newspaper, putting aside his predatory propensities…

and Mrs. Sibley forgoes her fear of foxes for some amicable affection…

and also cooks Mr. Sibley a reasonably regular meat-and-potatoes sort of repast, instead of only seeds and salads and other such avian delights…

a happy harmony shall prevail Chez Sibley.

Predator & prey, a perfect couple. See the side eye look, the bit of trepidation. The heart rate’s slight increase. The tension mounts as the predictor slyly plays nonchalance. Both will be happily exhausted by the end of the evening.

And maybe play a little “Fox in the Hen-house” later…

The Sibleys ARE the wildlife!!!

I believe Mrs Sibley goes for the bird look so she can be.. pounced on by Mr Sibley. Different folk have different strokes as the old saying goes and these two have found this works for them.

At least they are both of different minds together.

…and then a little S&M????

Let me guess, he claims he is hen pecked.

And they can sit peacefully side by side? There is hope for our country yet!
