He obviously hasn’t considered what others will think of him.

“Well you know, I have spent considerable time considering that very question. After considering the matter from every perspective I consider feasible, it is my considered opinion that I should, in fact, consider everything. Unless new facts come to light that, after due consideration, require a reconsideration of the entire proposition, in which case appropriate consideration must be given to said new facts.”
