Roger develops an avid interest in boxing

with that shiny head – you don’t need that box to be out of it ….

Just so long as those ‘better thoughts’ meet with Mable’s approval.

The brain is outside of the box, so he did it correctly.

With a nose like that, watch out for the door.

I think it’s very sweet of Mable to be so supportive of Roger’s efforts, and so indulgent of his whims.

Looks like it was an inside job.

Shut the door Roger…please. we’ve all heard your thoughts.

Roger does some of his best thinking inside his outside-the-box box.

[He just needs to figure out a better way to do that without having to open his box to see what he’s writing down in his notebook.]

He certainly looks supremely happy.

Roger looks very happy. So does his wife.

Once he closes that door….Roger is a forgotten onbect to her!

It’s not the same without Roger’s thinking cap.

Everyone laughed at Roger until he changed his name to Jack and started a fast food business.

An early version of noise canceling headwear. Necessity is the mother of invention and Rodger got tired of Mable’s conversation about a week in.

Roger’s just out of it—and has been for most of his life.

Mable is sincere. Any improvement in Roger’s thinking is welcome, and besides, when he gets tiresome she just shuts the door.
