It’s long past time we had laws forbidding employers from using social media posts against job applicants. I have lost may potential jobs due to my social media. That should be litigable.
Although I am now a retired former executive I can relate to not hiring someone due to their social media posts. If they constantly post themselves as drunk or that they hate to work or have odd posts that would imply they would not fit in with other employees, why WOULD you hire them and create a potentially toxic workplace?
Oh ! Why,Why did you Have to do this Comic and Cause Me to Put that Image In My Mind ?!?!?!? Him In Shoes and Helmet Only !! Go Away,Go Away,Please !!!!! :-{

This is as close as I get to social media- you have to give up all of your rights to privacy to get to use facebook- not worth it.
