It’s actually the opposite, with the Scandinavian countries having the least instance of lactose intolerance. Their creation myth even features a primordial milk cow.

I believe there was a time when parents would give their babies a bit of liquor to calm them down.
Not saying this to defend Tyr, but he’s not that far off.
