Unfortunately, even under HIPAA, there are scenarios where the company actually could have access to details of medical claims. When you read about this, you get a lot of weasel words like “typically” and “limited”.

I know these strips are old, 15 – 16 years in this case, but that right there was a big HIPPA violation. Be careful, Bixby could end up owning the company.
