I don’t allow my dog to lick my face. I know where that tongue has been. Plus, she is a therapy dog, so I don’t need her kissing people in a hospital. I really hope we can get back to work soon! My dog loves her work and does not understand what a “virus” is. So when we go on walks, she feels a need to charm all the neighbors outside. Luckily, they enjoy it, especially the kids. Then I have to wipe her down when we get home, just in case. (Per call to vet for guidance in these ugly times.) She also misses the kids who used to read to her in the library. She is interactive, rather than falling asleep on the dog bed. The kids love the attention and enjoy showing her the pages they are on. They develop good skills in learning to speak in front of others, too. But no face licking!

“And THAT is when Puddles learned of the concept of looking for Love in All the WRONG Places.” ;)

Why do people think it’s cute when a dog licks a person’s face right after he’s licked his own butt.

I agree with Brad. I would find dog kisses just as disgusting.
