You’re gonna have to call your mom, and listen to the lecture!

Garbage bag pants? Nah, too early 90’s..

I see the seagull has wandered into school, again.

Does their school have a lost and found? Maybe Spud could get lucky and find a pair of shorts that would fit. Or at the very least a skirt (these days I don’t think anyone’s allowed to question that).

That would be a huge lunch bag!

In panel two, Spud’s vest looks like suspenders.

At the very least exhaust all other options before you go pulling any fire alarms, Spud, because, comic or not, that’s still considered a big no-no, falsely pulling a fire alarm. I think most schools would rather have to deal with you going back to class without pants than you falsely pulling a fire alarm, honestly.

Pants are overrated.

Bad move on the fire alarm, Spud—you’d get herded outside because the teachers are trained to check the washrooms, and then everyone would see your predicament.

Wouldn’t Spud’s Mom have learned enough by now to include an extra pair of pants in his backpack?

I think Spud’s master plan is to make that one kid mentioned a couple weeks ago pee his pants again. That way he won’t be the only one with stained and wet pants.
