@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , but a variation of a theme , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is so overjoyed at not being employed that he has broke into a classic tune :o) my avatar reminds me how I feel when Windows shuts down my computers :o{ ,how was your day? our Finally Friday looks like it’s going to be busy and bewildering , have fun and BCNU pal.

Given that Andy isn’t handicapped (aside from rampant alcoholism) I’m pretty sure his unemployment benefits would have been cut off years ago here in the US
