It’s nice that the guys took the time to make scratch feel at home…love the holidays!!!

Don’t forget out military on Thanksgiving. If you live near a base, please invite a serviceman or 2 to dinner. This is a tradition for us that we look forward to each year. We have made some wonderful friends by doing this.

My dad used to do this. We lived close to St. Albans Naval Hospital (I don’t know if it’s still there). We made at least one life-long friend.

I love cats, but they cannot sit at the dinner table. On the floor nearby, but not at the table. :-( Anyone remember “Honey West” had an Ocelot?

Scratch…here is my take on my beloved cat: Selfish. Conceited. Rascally. Asinine. Tiresome. Catty. Hard-hearted. The first letter of each word together forms an acronym-SCRATCH. Despite all these things he remains one of my favorite characters in this strip. Yes, I love Scratch. I hope you do too. Well, wew can look at it this way: love covers a multitude of sins! LOL

This one reminds me of a sequence from an ad for the Fox show Last Man Standing with Tim Allen …

A woman (his wife?): “Yourself.”
