While women are quite good at multi-tasking Men need to concentrate on one thing at a time. So I believe him.

You’ll learn the truth someday, Katy. Try not to be too devastated.

My secret to effective procrastination is to always have something I would rather do in my back pocket to avoid the unpleasant tasks. That way I avoid the guilt associated with just putting it off. Then too, I can take a lazy day anytime I want because I’ve kept busy (sort of) most of the time.

Secret genius? No. Just lazy. Probably the burnout after-effects from being wired on so much coffee. You pay to play.

Research shows that “multi-tasking” is a myth. As humans, we can only concentrate on doing one thing at a time. If we try to do more than that, our efficiency at both tasks suffers and usually have to be done again. This applies to men and women equally.

The only ones who can successfully multi-task have high IQ’s. And not many of them.

Genius him? I am skeptical of that. And after awhile caffeine just can’t give you the buzz anymore. Also if you don’t keep up the caffeine levels you will get withdrawal symptoms.
