I have two kinds of wine: “chillin’ wine” which is more or less high quality for drinking with meals and “swillin’ wine” which is relatively inexpensive for drinking when I am at the computer.
The chilling wine is usually red wine that I do not chill. I serve it at room temperature. In the summer I put it on the vent for the air conditioner.
