I remember when I was playing co-rec league indoor soccer, one of the teams I was on was an open age team, so one season, my daughter and some of her college soccer playing friends joined in – I’m not sure how many times I heard, “you move ok … for a big guy!”, “nice to see older people still playing!” and the like …
