My parents idea for upset stomach, cold, headache – was “go to bed you will fell better in the morning” and almost all the time it worked. It was not until I was in my 20s that I found out that I had sinus headaches. I would have the headache and by the time I woke it had cleared. Then one time I had one, went to sleep and still had it in the morning and finally SNEEZED- I thought the front of my head was shooting off and it hurt terribly – but then the headache was gone.
