Actually, it’s the ‘stable’ geniuses who are really awful.

Also I got to agree with Bicycle Dude, that hat does look sensible.

I agree, those hats are VERY practical, protects you from the sun when its hot and from the rain when its wet.

According to Malcom Reynolds (“Firefly”) dresses can be comfortable in the hot weather, I imagine the same would apply to kilts.
