When you live in an American police state, the first amendment right to protest a big NO NO. Real democracy has ceased to exist.

No one has a problem with his speech. It was the manner with which he made his speech that people disapproved.

And no one has ever said that free speech does not have its consequences. You or I may say what we want, however those statements have consequences and not everyone agree with them.

This guy made his statement and to his credit has stuck by them at great personal cost. But that doesn’t mean it has to just taken without any rebuttal.

I would venture to say the people making the comments above are not military. Athletes should not be our spokespeople.

If anyone has a right to bitch about how they have been treated it would be Tim Tebow.

As for freedom of speech, racial equality, how people are treated, let’s Kaepernick go back to the 1950s, then he could see changes.

He doesn’t want to play. He is making more money as a martyr. If he were to make the mistake of playing he would be exposed as a pathetic fraud. One of the many reasons I gave up on the NFL years ago. Watch MLB and see the difference in the character of the players. You don’t see them kneeling for the National Anthem, and 27 percent of them are foreign born. That is because they KNOW what it is like to live in an unjust country. Not like primadonna Kaepernick whining about racism while he sits on a pile of money and farts through his silk panties.
