Louie has his eyes on his OWN tackling dummy. He doesn’t want to disappoint Santa with a weak effort!
I wonder what Santa brings Louie that gets him all excited.
That explains why Santa keeps so much “padding”.
No, it’s best to put the 87 pound lab in a cage behind a 110 pound steel door.
I’m sure Louie’s not the only super-excited dog 80 pounds or more Santa will encounter! Hope he started training early!
Louie is excited because everyone around him is excited.
Santa does a matador side step while holding a jerky strip in his arm fully extended to the side. The mental conflict stops the dog so suddenly that they do a chin plant before they jump for the jerky. They then circle around for hugs and scritches.
Happens every year at my house, and we don’t even HAVE a dog! (Sorry, Santa! I get a little excited!)
That is a big lab. My lab was only 50 pounds though it was also a female.
Good morning Crew!
How about a short steel leash!!!!
Santa really trains hard for Louie’s welcome!
Good evening, Crew!
Yup—practice makes perfect. Otherwise, Santa might not be ready for a big case of …
