That this is not an issue, is one good thing about McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box… etc. or are some of those no longer there since I’ve been gone?

In Chicago, there’s an ordinance requiring that restaurants permit non-purchase use. Generally disregarded.
