I still have plans to create a venue called, “The Faraday Cage.” It would be a screened-in, grounded facility where mobile signals can not penetrate: a bar with no bars.
There is a growing movement— worldwide— for hourly charges at coffee ships instead of just a per-beverage charge, and a few Japanese and German bars have added a “per hour” table charge.
Believe it or not, we were told it was illegal for us as teachers to put phone jamming equipment in our classrooms. Wouldn’t want to infringe on their rights even though they were not supposed to use phones in the classroom!
