Only had something that blatant happen to me once. Unfortunately I was on a date at the time and it was the waitress who was flirting that hard in my direction. My date was far less interested, and even further from being pleased by the attention I was getting. Same waitress practically ignored me every time I ate in the restaurant any other time both before and after that night. Never did figure that one out.
