    A child’s mind is a vulnerable, beautiful, precious thing. Don’t destroy it by teaching fairytales as FACTS. Teach them how to think, not what to think. Don’t brainwash children with religion/superstition.

    Still, I agree, the whole point of all of this is to teach by example, so that’d be a great way to do it.

    IMO people have the Freedom of Choice to believe as they please, causing no harm or hurt to others. I find it fascinating that some folks are so afraid of anybody having an opinion, which differs from theirs? People should live their own lives and stop trying to push their agenda on others.

    Years ago, in the interest of understanding our heritage a little better, my wife and I took a two-day (two consecutive Sundays) course in some of the basics of Judaism. It didn’t make us more religious, but we both enjoyed it very much.
