I know this looks like the ET has landed on prehistoric Earth, and is trying to communicate with the dominant life form (which he assumes has technology equal to his own). But considering some of the anatomical similarities, it might not be Earth, the big dino could be his superior officer, and the little guy is just having a bit too much atttiude.
Of course, none of that matters much. Either way, in the next panel the little guy is gonna get eaten.
Ok, I looked up each word. Near as I can tell it is a an Atomic version of a location in the brain filled with fluid and nerve endings that is self important.
