Makes me think of a Freddie Prinze routine:

Landlord: “So? The people upstairs don’t walk around much. They don’t complain that they don’t have a floor. You just like to make trouble.”

It was/is a Roach Hotel.

Its caus’ the cave has wall to wall gravel.

I wouldn’t shell out too much for it.

Beggars can’t be choosers. Just hope the crunchies don’t start moving around.

I once rented a hotel room that came with nachos and cheese between the bed and nightstand…

The floor is crunchy? Oh, that’s just the dead cucarachas, don’t mind them..

If it’s cheap, buy a big lizard and train it to use the sandbox.

I don’t like Crunchy thingys between my tootsies..EWW

That sound could bug you all night.
