No No, you can say what you honestly feel. However, those that disagree can say how they feel too. Meaning your ignorance can be put in check. And considering your family where did you get that thought.

Restrictions on the First Amendment start with throttling honest communication. The trick is being honest diplomatically so as not to trigger other people’s emotions. That’s when they shut down or get angry.
