People would like you and your work better if you showed a positive influence and limiting the negative to the factual and proven. If you only use your verbal skill for constant unearned criticism, you will be hated.

It is, however, a graphic lesson in the poisonous potential of a form of communication that allows you to hide in, if not anonymity, at least in unaccountability. A VERY bad combination.
