I have the same reaction when I drive around in messy weather and see perfectly clean black cars. I had a black car once, and could never keep it clean.
Actually the snow would be more, not less likely to “stick” to Kenny because he’s so well insulated by his thick fur. A former coworker of mine said he nearly freaked out one snowy morning when he went out to feed his dogs & couldn’t find the Huskies until a couple of random piles of snow stood up & shook themselves to reveal the dogs underneath. Meanwhile, his little mutt was cowering miserably in his doghouse…
