People at Comic Cons wear costumes (many of which are quite impressive). The folks at Woodstock wore their regular clothes….assuming the person wore clothes! I remember seeing photos in Life magazine showing all of these naked people running around. As a child I thought that was really weird. Actually, I still think it’s weird!
On a related note: It’s kind of weird seeing popular clothing styles of my youth (60’s to early 80s) being Halloween costumes now. Although most of the time they’re fictionalized and exaggerated. I wonder what the costumes for the 2000s will look like?
